This indicates the APC is inhibiting the raise function. To isolate which inhibit is active, with HV applied, press the Filament "ON" and Over Load "Reset" at the same time. If the VSWR LED illuminates, this indicates high VSWR at the output of the transmitter. If the Plate OL illuminates, this indicates low HV or missing HV sample to the controller. If the Screen OL illuminates, this indicates high screen current. If Grid OL illuminates, this indicates low output from the IPA driver section
